Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard shipping is $6.99 per order, with estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow your Travel Challenge Cards on their way to you.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you've made a mistake, contact us at jo@thisbigworld.co as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

International shipping isn't available just yet, but we're working on it!

Returns

We want you to love your This Big World Travel Challenge Cards. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your cards must be unused, unscratched and in their original packaging.

To request a return, email jo@thisbigworld.co with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Please don't send products back without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email jo@thisbigworld.co as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we've received and approved your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
